Made frommolasses that go through extended fermentations conducted by wild yeasts, it acquires the unique and funky aromatic profile that Hampden Estate is world famous for. The distillation takes places in copper pot stills, yielding an intensely aromatic, high ester white rum. Unique, bold and full of tropical
