His playground consists of 16 hectares of vineyards in Sdburgenland, around the towns of Eisenberg and Deutsch Schtzen. From the moment he was at the helm, the use of herbicides and pesticides was out of the question. This made him one of only three producers in Sdburgenland who cultivate organically
